⭑ All badge work is fully rendered with vibrant colors, varied lines, and notable details.⭑ All badges are printed on high-quality photo paper with a unique paper and custom social media backing, topped with hand placed glitter (and optional holo) then sealed with 5-mil laminate and finished with a secure badge eyelet.⭑ Any species (even human!) with any complexity is fine.

⭑ general guidelines ⭑
1. My work schedule is 10AM-7PM from Monday to Friday. During this time I work on paid work, respond to messages, and ship orders.
*I do my best to respond to all private messages and emails within 24 hours!
2. Payment is accepted via Etsy (preferred), PayPal, CashApp, or Venmo.
*Payment will be processed through Goods and Services or another form with buyer’s protection.
3. If the commission slot is not claimed through Etsy, the slot or mutually agreed upon down payment must be paid within 24 hours.
4. Communication regarding your commission will be through Etsy private messaging, email, or agreed upon social media platform.
5. All commissions will include work-in-progress photos (sketch and flat color) wherein the commissioner may ask for revisions.
6. Full price of commission is required upfront, if a payment plan is mutually agreed upon, I will not begin work on the commission until 100% of the payment is fulfilled.
*For commissions over $100+, I accept 50/50 payment plans, maximum of 3 weeks between payments.
7. Refunds are based on amount of work completion as indicated on my Trello:
- Not started = full refund
- Sketch = 75% refund of purchase price
- Flat colored = 25% refund of purchase price
*note: Commissioner is NOT allowed to partially refund a piece and have it completed elsewhere or themselves.
*I will not refund a completed piece.
8. I retain full rights to my artwork and may share a completed piece on my social media as an example for advertisement or display art.
*If the commissioner does not want the work to be shared publicly, we can discuss it privately.
9. My artwork cannot be used for commercial use/mass-production/NFTs/AI
*Personal use (Using as an icon/profile picture, sharing on account, etc.) is fine but please consider crediting me by either tagging my social media (@kiwakaiju everywhere) or linking my Carrd!
10. Please do not edit my finished artwork without my permission. Cropping and filter edits are fine.
*Do not crop out my watermark!
11. Finished commission digital files will be delivered via Google Drive OR email.
*Please ensure you download the files upon receiving, they will be available for 90 days.
12. I am free to decline/cancel a commission with a refund based on the amount of completion at any point.
⭑ Badges, Stickers, & Physical Work ⭑
1. Badge and sticker commissions include the completed digital art piece + printing/lamination/shipping.
- Badge commissions include: High-quality digital files, completed and shipped physical badge, badge clasp, 6 vinyl stickers of design (2 large, 4 small)
- Sticker commissions include: High-quality digital files, completed and shipped vinyl stickers.
*International shipping is $13 flat, buyer is responsible for import fees/taxes.
2. Once an item is shipped, it is completely out of my hands how fast it travels and I am not responsible for delays.
*Please keep this in mind when ordering for a deadline!
3. If an item arrives damaged OR is stuck in transit in the same spot for over 3 weeks (with proof of tracking) I will send a replacement.
*If the package is marked as “Delivered” but there is no package, I recommend asking neighbors and waiting 24 hours (occasionally packages are marked delivered early) I will attempt contacting the mailing services before sending a replacement.
4. Be sure you input the correct address when buying, PLEASE NOTIFY ME IF YOU MOVE/ADDRESS CHANGE! I try my best to double-check before mailing but I am not responsible if I send it to your old address without knowing the updated one.
*If incorrect address delivery were to occur, commissioner must pay $8 reprinting-fee + shipping.
⭑ digital work ⭑
1. Digital commissions include high-quality file(s) of completed artwork
*Certain commissions can include multiple files, such as a transparent version, with/without sparkles, etc.
*All files sent will be .PNG and .JPEG (slightly compressed for easier image uploading and sharing)
2. For specific canvas sizes, please view the commission type you’re interested in for more details.
*If you would prefer a specific size, let me know before starting!
3. Additional characters in the piece or matching icons are +$85% of commission price each.
4. I am not accepting custom commission requests at this time.
*This includes: reference sheets, intricate scenes, outfit references, etc.
⭑ Turnaround Time ⭑
You can keep track of the progress of your commission in my queue:
TAT below are based on my standard commission types (ones listed on my Carrd)
BADGE COMMISSIONS: 2-4 weeks*
*Does NOT include shipping, only artwork completion.
Shipping can take 3-5 days for US domestic and 15-30 days for international.
DIGITAL COMMISSIONS: 2-3 weeks
NOTE: Level of complexity can affect completion time, please refer to commission listing or the commission option you’re interested in for an accurate timeframe.
*Etsy may display a farther dispatch date, I add up to an extra week to allow for possible delays. Regardless, I will do my best to stick to the indicated TAT.
1. Deadlines: I cannot promise to fulfill the commission by a specific target date, especially if the commission is shipped. However, do let me know and I will do my best to accommodate. I do not accept rush fees.
2. I will do my best to update my commissioners if an emergency or something in my personal life heavily affects my workflow via social media or private messaging.
I am very grateful for your patience and I promise we will come up with a product you’ll love!

When purchasing a design from me, you agree to have read and acknowledge my terms of service.
⭑ general guidelines ⭑
1. Payment is accepted via Etsy, PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, or Square.
*Once I confirm your claim, please pay within 48 hours of the invoice being sent. I will follow-up, if there is no response the character is re-opened or sold to the next interested buyer and a warning is issued.
*I am not responsible for international conversion fees
2. Once payment and files are successfully transferred, you have full ownership of the character. You may: Trade, resell for same worth (+ worth of additional art)
*Art trades and gift art do not count towards a character’s monetary worth
*Vouchers are also an acceptable form of resale payment, I am not responsible for any monetary discrepancies
3. I do not accept refunds for adoptable/character designs.
4. If the original artwork is going to be posted on another website, please tag/attach my handle for credit (@kiwakaiju everywhere)
*Crediting me for the design when art of them (not drawn by me) is uploaded is not necessary, but greatly appreciated!
5. You may redesign as you please.
6. Many of my adopts include several files, please keep them uploaded or stored (even if hidden) in case character transfers ownership.
*I cannot promise I still have every file of every character I have made readily available, but feel free to ask if needed
*Please ensure you download the files upon receiving, they will be available for 90 days.
*Do not crop out my watermark!
7. Co-ownership is allowed, I ask there be no more than 3 owners to a design. I am not responsible for any drama/mitigation about ownership if it occurs.
8. I retain full rights to my artwork of the initial character design (not the ownership)
9. Commercial use is granted for all my designs, no fee necessary. I would love to see what you create!
*You may NOT sell the original character art drawn by me, only art done by others or yourself of the design.
10. My character designs cannot be used for mass-production/NFTs/AI
11. I am not accepting custom character design commissions at this time.
⭑ pre-claiming a design ⭑
1. For certain designs, I offer pre-claims. You can view them HERE
2. By pre-claiming a design, you have the opportunity to make small design revisions as well as securing a character before they’re posted on all platforms - because of this, pre-claims are priced slightly higher than the listing price would be once the design is completed.
*Small design edits if desired include: slight color changes, adding or removing small markings/accessories/piercings/etc.
essentially anything minor that doesn’t require redrawing an entire element like the hair or tail
*if you are not sure if an edit you want is applicable, feel free to ask before preclaiming! you will still have priority for 24 hours even if someone claims before your question is answered
3. Like a normal claim, please pay within 48 hours of the invoice being sent. I will follow-up, if there is no response the character is re-opened or sold to the next interested buyer and a warning is issued.
4. If you purchase a moodboard themed design before any design concepts are established, it will become a semi-custom and you can give me some themes/species/accessories you would like them to have.
*I will allow 2 revisions during the design process, anything after that will require financial compensation for my time
*I will NOT refund a moodboard design if you dislike the final character
5. If a design is pre-claimed but unfinished, I will prioritize completing it before working on other characters.
Any violation of my T.o.S. will result in a warning, then blacklist.
